Shipping policy

Please DOUBLE CHECK your shipping address.  We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at check out.

Parcels will be shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in an email.

We will do our utmost to get your parcels out as fast as we can. As we are a small artisan shop, with only one artist, we are doing our best to keep up with all your orders.

CANADA
Parcels are shipped with Canada Post in CANADA.  Please have patience.
Delays may occur that are beyond our control.
IN CANADA, if you choose letter mail shipping, there is no tracking nor any insurance on your package.  We are not responsible for a letter mail padded envelope that gets lost in transit.

USA
Orders are shipped by SMALL TRACKED PACKET.
For US orders, if a parcel is not delivered or is lost, you will need to start a claim with USPS as Canada Post is no longer responsible once it crosses the border.  Please contact me for further assistance.
You, the customer, are responsible for all import fees, duties (tariffs) when it reaches your country.

UK ORDERS
You, the customer, are responsible for all import fees, duties (tariffs), VAT on your purchase when it reaches your country.
We ship by SMALL TRACKED PACKET, for your safety and ours.

 CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders, your shipping amount will be WHAT WE PAY FOR SHIPPING.  There is no FLAT RATE SHIPPING for custom orders that require parcel delivery.
