Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns for 7 days after you receive your shipment. We do not offer exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email.
If the return is in perfect condition, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again,
then contact your credit card company, then your bank, as it may take some time before the funds are posted.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
All returns must be shipped by a trackable method so we can be assured you actually returned the item.
PRODUCT ISSUES
We strive to make the best product we can. Sometimes, things happen that are beyond our control. We will always do our best to rectify a problem.
If an item breaks due to an error on our part, we will repair it at our cost.
Shipping both ways will be covered by us, for items that have defects, within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as it is a manufacturer issue, and not from abuse or neglect on the customers part.
Items that are over 30 days from purchase date and under 3 months from purchase date, we will repair free of cost. It will be your cost to ship to us and we will ship back free to you.
Anything over 6 months from purchase date, shipping both ways will be the customers cost. If we can repair it, we will happily do so for free. If new parts are needed, there may be additional costs.
