A bird lovers dream pen.
The pen clip creates an up and down pecking motion that causes the ink to advance and retract. The side of the barrel that faces the woodpecker looks like textured bark of a tree with a small indented hole that looks like the woodpecker made it.
So, to open or close the pen, lift up the woodpecker clip and raise upwards to retract or contract the ink nib.
The opposite side of the upper barrel is engraved with pictures of other species of birds. The cap end looks like a bird nest with eggs in it.
At the bottom of the pen near the nib, you have little illustrations of birds.
This features an ANTIQUE BRONZE metal finish and the body of the pen is turned of the resin pattern called “PEACOCK.”
